Practicing with Niya
Niya has been a yoga student and a teacher for over 10 years. She believes that yoga is much more than a physical practice, rather a way to experience life and reconnect to our deepest essence.
During her journey, she had the opportunity to learn and practice by the side of many wonderful masters, run a yoga studio in Cabo – Mexico – as well as immerse herself in many days of silence and devotion, always keep offering through Karma Yoga.
As she alwyas says: “we practice while remaining present and aware, with a joyful heart. Practice is an offering that is done out of love“.

Dharma Yoga
Although yoga practice has many physical benefits, the emphasis is on calmness, cultivating awareness and using asana practice to prepare the mind and body for meditation.
Dharma Yoga is deeply rooted in ethical precepts that includes elements of flowing Vinyasa, inversions and held poses that will help you discover concentration, meditation, abiding contentedness and deep healing relaxation.

Pranayama
Pranayama is a series of breathing techniques or exercises that can help purify energetic channels, emotional state and prepare the mind for meditation.
Meditation
Meditation is a training of mental attention that awakens us beyond the conditioned mind and habitual thinking- revealing the nature of reality. It is a practice of cultivating a loving kindness that has the capacity to hold all the emotions, experiences and thoughts- cultivation of presence.
